The original boombox became popular during the late 1970's and 1980's. Due to their compact size, mobility, and impressive sound quality it soon became an essential part of the urban lifestyle.
This concept takes an already amazing product and adds a variety of features that improve the products look and usability. While this is a concept-only design, we think you'll agree with us that there would be a large amount of people who would love to see it become reality!

A completely new kind of boombox isn't going to change the world, but being able to design things that nobody else has dreamt of most likely will. We love to see our designers to take an ordinary object and create something thought-provoking. An easy idea which is incredibly difficult to master.

Using texture to create new designs
You don't expect to see a boombox where texture plays such a huge role in the design. This kind of unexpected experience can give birth to new ideas that challenge our ideas of normal.
